It is a fantastic book overall but the detail she gave about the effects of hitting the snooze button even once on the first 4-5 hours of your day is mind-blowing! 🤯
As usual, when I'm reading self-improvement books, I said to myself, "Self, how might the details Mel provided, backed up by science, be applied to improving a couple's relationship connection?" 💏
