EP 49 - A Family Legacy & Setting The Example

I learned something interesting a few years back about legacy and work ethic from a guy I know in Adelaide Australia. 🦘 🐨

It came by way of something my buddy Scott Anthony posted about how he taught his son about work ethic.

His story also got me to thinking... 🤯

No matter what we're passing on a legacy to our kids. A legacy in the way of habits. Habits that make up the “norm”.

The question is... is it happening by default with no planning or by actual teaching? What work and relationship habits are they learning from you by default? 🤔

What changes might you need to make to leave a better legacy? Better to be proactive at this work ethic thing. 😜
